Jozie is a Filipina comedian, content creator, and self-described vintage mom. She came to the U.S. from the Philippines young enough to still be figuring out which culture to blame for her personality and has been finding the funny in the gap between cultures ever since.

On her YouTube channel What's What With Jozie, she Filipino-izes your favorite comfort food classics in long-form cooking videos that are equal parts culinary chaos and hard-earned laughs. She's occasionally joined — against her better judgment — by JoJo, her unfiltered inner voice who says everything Jozie is too polite to say out loud.

A walking contradiction: genuinely warm, quietly sarcastic, recovering people pleaser, and someone who is absolutely going to make all of this make sense eventually.
